trekking out into the icelands was becoming something of a leisurely hike to alecis. it seemed that her newly blue ditto liked the icy landscape, claiming it as its new preferred terrain due to its blue coloration obviously meaning it was meant to be out and about with the blue-white snow. the ditto shivered within its little hand-knitted coat but proudly pointed the way onward, on the hunt for another companion to add to the team while the babysitter-like honedge hummed glumly and lagged behind, knowing it would have to be the one securing the pokemon to be caught.

alecis was straying further and further from her original ideas of what her team would be like, but she didn't quite mind one bit. the delibird was waddling around happily, throwing boxes of presents around like a small pokemon santa, and alecis's heart was beating for it. what a darling little bird.[break]
and what a poor little bird it would be as she tenderized it with a command for a pursuit to chase the poor christmas pokemon down, followed by a pokeball thrown at it.
